Copyright & Removal Requests

PRIUTH Search · Last updated: 25 October 2026

PRIUTH indexes URLs and limited publisher-provided metadata from third-party webpages. This page describes how to request a review of a search listing that you believe infringes copyright, a trademark, privacy, or another legal right.

Scope: this is a voluntary review channel. It is not a representation that PRIUTH qualifies for any specific statutory safe harbour, nor does it replace a notice, counter-notice, or other procedure required by applicable law. Legal requirements depend on jurisdiction and the facts.

1. What can be reviewed

You may ask us to review a specific PRIUTH result, its displayed title or snippet, or a link to material you believe infringes your rights. Removing or correcting a listing in PRIUTH does not remove the original material from the publisher's website, search indexes operated by other providers, or third-party caches. You may need to contact the publisher or its host to address the original material.

2. How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “PRIUTH Copyright Review”, or use the GGX Labs contact page. Include, as applicable:

  1. Your name, a reliable contact email, and organisation (if you represent one).
  2. The work or right at issue and enough detail to identify it.
  3. The exact PRIUTH result URL and the original source-page URL(s), preferably as text.
  4. An explanation of your ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.
  5. A concise explanation of the basis for the complaint, including why you believe the listing or linked material is unlawful or unauthorised.
  6. A good-faith statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit the notice.
  7. A signature or further details if required by the relevant statutory procedure.

Provide only information reasonably necessary to assess the request. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents unrelated to verification, or other excessive sensitive information.

3. Review and possible action

We may request clarification, check the identified URLs, assess whether the claim is sufficiently specific, and take proportionate action where appropriate. Possible outcomes include correcting metadata, temporarily limiting a result, or removing a listing from the PRIUTH index. A listing may remain where the request is incomplete, the claimant's authority cannot be verified, the legal basis is unclear, or further information is reasonably needed. We do not promise a particular outcome or response timeline.

Receipt or review of a request is not an admission of infringement. We may keep a limited record of the complaint, communications, decision, and action taken for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or process integrity.

4. Counter-notices, disputes, and false claims

If you believe a listing was restricted in error, contact us with the result URL, your reason for disagreement, and any relevant evidence. Some jurisdictions impose specific notice, counter-notice, declaration, service, or deadline requirements. This page does not replace those requirements. Materially false or bad-faith claims may be declined and may have legal consequences.

5. Other concerns

For privacy, personal-data, trademark, defamation, or other concerns, identify the legal issue and the result/source URLs. A copyright complaint should not be used to suppress lawful criticism or content merely because it is unfavourable. We may direct a requester to the relevant publisher or provider where that party controls the original material.

6. Contact

Email [email protected] or use the GGX Labs contact page. Keep a copy of your request and the URLs provided.
