1. Index coverage and freshness

The index covers only pages discovered and successfully processed by the current crawler and indexing systems. It does not represent the entire Web. Pages can be missing, duplicated, stale, misclassified, blocked by publisher rules, technically inaccessible, or returned with incomplete metadata. The number of queued seed URLs is not the number of indexed pages. A page may change or disappear after indexing.

2. Ranking and result metadata

Results and their order depend on the available index, query interpretation, ranking logic, selected category, technical availability, and publisher-supplied metadata. Descriptions, images, prices, and publication dates may be inaccurate or outdated. A Shopping result's price or stock is publisher-reported and should be verified with the merchant. A displayed item or ranking does not imply endorsement, affiliation, certification, or independent verification by GGX Labs.

3. Third-party websites, images, and downloads

GGX Labs does not control the content, security, availability, privacy practices, cookie use, or business conduct of third-party pages. Opening a link or loading an external thumbnail involves a request to that external host. Review the destination before submitting information, downloading files, installing software, or making a purchase.

4. No safety or professional guarantee

PRIUTH does not currently provide a comprehensive malware, phishing, reputation, or content-safety screening service. The absence of a warning is not evidence that a page is safe. Search results do not constitute legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, emergency, or other professional advice. Independently verify material facts with authoritative sources before relying on them for important decisions.

5. Availability and legal limits

PRIUTH may be interrupted, changed, rate-limited, or unavailable while the project develops. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, comprehensive coverage, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability, consumer right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
